Disappointed in venue
We were unable to attend the event as a result of not being able to obtain a negative covid test with the TWO DAYS PRIOR notice that we were given by LiveNation. We searched exceptionally hard to find a testing site that we could visit and were unable to find an appointment that would get us the results in time to attend the concert.
$200 down the drain, two teenagers whose hopes of attending their first concernt were dashed and 1 very determined parent who will not be visiting a LiveNation-owned venue again as a result.
And before anybody asks, yes I tried calling customer service (its a voicemail recording, thats it) and no we did not drive to the venue to beg to get in. It's 2 hours away and i wasn't about to be "that guy" at the gate pleading a case.
